I'm hoping your taking steps to insure that a game company doesn't take your site down. Most(if not all) game company's do not like forums that promote cheating, offering hacks, and so on.

Not going to happen, I'll assure you that. 🙂 There's been several sites extremely similar to mine that have been up for years now. Sythe.org, for example.
