Let's see, I made my first forum in 2008, this was in August or September of that year, so I'm guessing I was about 19 or 20. We too were on a crappy free host, and the reason I made one then is the exact reason I have one now; that I wanted a laid-back community with as few strict rules as possible.

I was 13 when I made my first forum, I closed it down a while later, but I made a new one and here I am 🙂

The first forum I actually created was a test forum which I created when I was twelve. The first forum I actually made and everything is Cmt Sports Forum which I started a couple months after I turned thirteen.

I suppose this was back when freeforums was still a decent host, though, so that's no surprise. I do understand that they have gone downhill in recent years.
