I know, that's the thing. It works fine for other people, heck it works fine for my other computer. But for the computer (laptop) I'm using right now, it looks like that. Nothing is wrong with my computer - it's a high-end laptop. Just some sites, such as the one I listed, displayed the navigation lower than it should be.

Anybody know why?

install a different browser on the ones its happening to and see if its still happening.

It's working fine for me. I'd go with what Duck said, try a different browser. I don't know what it could be other than that.
