One that isn't using a free reseller.... one that has its own servers and is truly hosting it themself. One that used a secure Operating System like freebsd or centos .

One that does not give up and shutdown after a few months.

And one that concentrates on quality, than trying to get things cheaper.
The one with live support.
One whose team has good experience in hosting stuffs.

Yep. What Fergal said. Also, try to get a team of customer support too (2). Therefore, one person won't be overwhelmed by all these issues. Also, let members be also to email you so it won't be an overload in live chat.
