This isn't a particularly noteworthy vulnerability, just one in a series of nasty remote code execution vulnerabilities in Drupal, but it is interesting how Cloudflare is apparently always at the ready to deal with serious widespread vulnerabilities.
It's almost like Cloudflare is Drupal's security team 😛
Please note however that firewalls aren't perfect, that it's probably very possible for attackers to slip through them with the right tweaking and that you should always do whatever you can to harden your systems, software, and to run the latest versions of programs.
