Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice when I load your forum is that your header is gigantic! For being the size that it is, it's also rather plain and ordinary. I would recommend making the header smaller and making it a bit more fancy. Right now, it's pretty text-heavy and bland. When I scroll down to the actual forum, I'm fairly impressed. All of your forums have a good amount of posts, and your statistics are very solid. Although it's a bit plain, I am a fan of your theme. It's simple, but it looks nice. Overall, I think that you just need to improve your header a bit. My first impression of your forum was very positive.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I like the way you've organized your forums. Although you have a LOT of forums, the use of forums as categories and sub-forums as actual forums makes your index very concise. You can easily click on a forum on the index and take a look at all the sub-forums in the category. Navigation of your site seems like it should be fairly simple for most users, and that's the goal of any layout. Well done.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my rough calculations, your forum currently receives over one hundred posts per day, and you have nearly one hundred posts for each of your 268 members. These statistics are excellent! It seems like your forum is really booming with activity. However, there is no reason to get lazy. You want to continue this rate of growth. Keep up on your advertising. I would recommend sending out a mass e-mail if you haven't done so recently; with 268 members and many months of being open, it's easy for some of your members to lose the URL or forget to visit. You should also register on some other general discussion forums to promote your forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, then your forum currently employs thirteen users. For a community of your size, that isn't a bad amount of staff members to have. All of your staff members also appear to be decently active. One of your staff members has only ten posts, but (s)he just registered recently; (s)he's posting pretty actively so far. Your staff also seems to do a very good job of welcoming new users; every single introduction topic has been replied to many times. I don't think that your forum has any staffing issues at this time.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The first error I notice on your forum is that your introduction forum is entitled "Greet Yourself." The verb "to greet" means "to say hello." This, if you greet yourself, then you're saying hello to yourself. A more suitable name for this forum would be "Introduce Yourself." Other than that, your forum names appear to be correct. As for your descriptions, I believe that they are far too superficial. I think that you need to write new descriptions for all of your forums that reflect a bit more effort. Make your forums sound like they're interesting to post in (they obviously are since you have such great activity). If your descriptions are more colorful, then it will make it seem like you've put more effort into your forum. It will also cut down on people posting things in the wrong forums. Your descriptions also have some grammatical errors; if you choose to take my advice and rewrite your descriptions, then request a follow-up review. You can get help correcting the grammatical errors in that review.
