First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I thought when I saw your board was, "Oh my lord. That is awesome." I love the banner and the navigation too. The navigation images are truely amazing. Also, I love the way you have the forum navigation seprate from the website navigation. The forum's have awesome images too! The only thing that I would change is the Microsoft image for the Software forum (its copyrighted).

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the site is great. Like I said, I love the navigation and everything is easy to find. The only part of the navigation I don't get is the Coding image. Even tho this is a small detail, its great to fix. I would find a diffrent coding image because I don't see how needles discribe coding. Also, I love the positioning of the chat boc. It sort of blends in to the forum, so its not as intrusive.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum looks so nice and professional, so I was shocked. I mean, I really lost my breath when I saw your statistics. WOW. Your forum is capable of so much, if you had great activity. I think your main goal at the moment is to get as many members as possible and encourage them to be active. If you do that, your forum would be perfect.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Holy sh**! My gosh dude. You have 4 admins, and 4 moderators with only 32 members! Are you kiding me? Come on man, you have to know that you dont need 4 admins and even 4 mods at this point! With 32 members, at the most, I would have 1 admin and 1 moderator. 4 admins is way to many.
