Appearance
When I first visited the site, my initial reaction to how the site looked was not good. The lime green is nice tone of color scheme for a site (we've got hulu!) but honestly the look of the site is so simple that there isn't much to judge about it. The logo is not vibrant and almost hiding within the header, I suggest you create a logo that stands, that's vibrant and will attract attention. There's this green bar at the very top, the height of the bar made me confused as to what it really was but the more thought I about the more I would suggest you to utilize that space. Perhaps have a scroll of the latest something. Or link advertisement. The menu buttons, err the yellow does not go well on the green background. I see that you have a logo,
so why not use it on the header logo. Scale it and put it in there!
Layout
Oh boy. I'm on your homepage and I have no idea what I'm doing, where I am or what I'm looking for. I watched the introduction video on the homepage and I still had no idea what I'm looking or what the site is about. I'm not going to deny the video is very cool but it did me no good. The only thing organized about your site is your menu. Other than that, trying hard not to be mean but is quite a mess. Everything just looks like it was put together by glue; there's not unity in your site. In example, your Radio page, there's just a spotify playlist in the middle of nowhere. Your news page, just a box aligned to the left with feeds from somewhere. I'm not sure if you've noticed but on your news feed, sometimes the ads overlap the content. My suggestions would be to become more organized, your homepage should give the visitor a feeling of what they're looking for, why they are on your website. I did however like the forum rules on the left side, makes the site look more complete. You have a contact box on the left side and I don't really understand why it's always there - why is it so important to have it there at all times?
Statistics and Activity
The several times I was on your website, the website hit counter on your homepage always showed just one hit - and that's me. In about 4 months, you site had only ~300 hits - it should be a lot more. Visiting your forums, you have 5 posts in total. It's very bad.
Content
Your website does not contain much content, so this part of the review will be brief. But keep in mind that the lack of content contributes to the flaws. Your about us page just has a list of your staff - there's nothing about your staff or your website.
Organisation and SEO
As I mentioned in the layout section, other than the menu, the website is very poorly organized and a review will not do justice in suggesting how to organize. In terms of SEO, you currently have a very long subdomain however, you did mention that it is only temporary. Technically, your meta tags, meta descriptions are perfect. A quick look at keyword popularity, all we see is cmbroadcasting majority of the percentage and this is not good as it's not keyword which is searched often.
Words from the Reviewer
Your website feels very empty yet contains so many sections. Cut down some sections and focus on slowly developing parts of the website. I suggest you to get a completely different design for your site and put more content on your site.
