I've used Joomla, Drupal, and even WordPress. Any other CMS software free and/or paid you guys have used or suggest? What do you look for in a CMS software? What ways do you use it on your own projects?

I installed Joomla with community builder which does give you stuff to start like a forum and almost like a social media app I think. It has been a hot second since I last used that.

The most expensive route lol. I actually LOVE IP.Pages and I have multiple websites that are running on only IPS Core with Pages.

I love Joomla, it's better than wordpress IMO. I've used PhpNuke before but I don't think they're around anymore... IP Pages is good but dear god it's expensive just like any other IP product IMO.

I love Joomla but the new version isn't to my liking. I preferred Joomla back in the old day.

I love Wordpress though.

I’ve been using WoltLab (yeah, they have a free CMS with nice integrations to their other apps) and have no issues. You can use HTML, templates, or even Markdown/a mixture of HTML & template based.
