I prefer the sound of co.cc. It sounds much nicer, probably because it's a bit like co.cc.

I wish co.nr would offer DNS and Nameserver control. They are the best sounding out of them all....

Well, neither sound very professional, but I think cz.cc is better. My reasoning is that co.cc only gives you 1 year of registration (after which you have to pay to keep it), and they don't really make that clear when you register your domain. cz.cc does give you an extra year, which is good.
