Well this one is about upgrading, after your year runs up, do you get a new domain for it to keep your site? Most sites that use co.cc are gone soon, maybe 3 months into the domain, because the threat.

I wouldent upgrade. I use co.cc just for temporary sites

Well last I checked as long as you have a different email you can get the same co.cc again.
