Co-Owner for Hosting Site

Hey guys!

So, I have an interesting offer for you guys. I have a hosting site. It is a really small one. I'm wanting to make it bigger. I can do this on my own but the financial ties are tough for me. I have a VPS that I pay $39.10/month for. It is an awesome offer and I love the hosting company I'm with.

With that said, I'm looking for someone who can help me out financially (even $10/mo is a HUGE help) AND with publicizing the site. Once the site starts making money, you will get a cut of the profit... I'm willing to do 50/50 depending on how much effort you bring to the table but first and foremost the money is going towards advertising and hosting and that stuff.

Also, just so I don't have to keep sending it, here is my default template of information I give out.

I have a new hosting site so I only have a few clients right now.

Currently, I have a Droplet from DigitalOcean which is unmanaged and I pay for cPanel & WHMCS separately and have not yet paid for a license for Softaculous, nor installed it. I do have Zamfoo though which is paid separately as well. My total each month is about $43.20 and that is without hosting as I usually add $5/mo to my hosting and $5 really isn't anything to me. What I would like help with is the $43.20 which is mostly cPanel ($20) and WHMCS ($15.95). If you pay one of those, that would help me a lot.

I work full-time now so I can cover the hosting payments myself but it is always nice to have help and be able to save a little bit more of my money.
