SEO co-citation focus away from link juice and toward the words used around links.
Concepts of SEO co-citation:
Link juice flows backwards as well as forward
Good websites link to other good websites
Linking to a bad neighborhood hurts a website
The link graph uses the transitive property

• Website A links to website B
  Website A links to website C
  Then website C will gain a benefit from website B
