Pros: Not usually a fan of dark themes but this one is well designed, I like that you are using phpBB software as it's my personal fav. The first impressions are go the the site is attractive to new visitors and you have made a lot of unique touches to the site such as the custom imageset and banner.
The banner is very good but I find the text needs to stand out a bit more, it seems to merge into with the background too much. The post count is very good but still needs working on don't let it drop below 50 post per day as it will be hard to get it back.
Cons: The theme while good is a subsilver based theme that will no longer be supported by phpBB from 3.1 onwards, so as a word of warning look to move to a prosilver based theme or wait and design a new prosub theme once 3.1 is out.
I find the forum too narrow and could do with widening as you have plenty of space. One Thing I don't like to see is the rss icon in every forum, it's a bit of an overkill and I would suggest only having it for your site news bit.
I think the layout of your forums need changing, with the website news and Reporting For Duty at the top with an extra forum for members to post support and feedback topics.
Then follow this with a second section which has all the main forums in, followed by your general discussion areas. As visitors look for site news forums first.
You need to be promoting your forum on as many sites as possible to boost activity as when I reviewed your site the only users who had posted was staff. Also littles things need adding like a favion and even an affiliate section.
Final/General Thoughts: Overall a nice forum, just think about the suggestions I have made above, look at using FP and other promotion sites to promote your sites, affiliating with other like minded forums will help as well
