Code For "Link To Us" Page: Click On Image & Code Pops Up

I have made a "Link To Us" page for my forum.
This is what it looks like just now: http://www.xboxlivefan.org/linktous/

If you look on it & see the banner which is there..
It has the code box next to it for the HTML code.
I dont really like it though.

Does anyone know how i can only put the images on the page & then when you click on the image you want, a pop window happens & on that small pop window it has the Link, the Banner URL & the HTML code in 3 fields. then they just copy it & close the window.

I think i explain that correctly lol.

I would do it with a simple jquery pop-up, most lightweight way.

Use google, find a script, install it and customise to your need.

well it is a code, thats what a jquery file is, a code.
