The style is premade, which is fine because no one uses it. The very top bar is kind of annoying, but its fine. Your activity is pretty low. Keep it up.

What exactly differentiates your forum from the thousands upon thousands of other coding communities out there? You need to find a niche so you focus on attracting a distinct audience.

Well, there are differences:
First of all, we're a nice community.
We don't particularly welcome trolls and bad attitude members.
Your bound to find butt holes on programming forums.
We have a sort of strict rule set, and more headed towards discussion.
Notice how most coding forums have tons of people asking for homework help, and help on their code.

I will say this though, you do need a more custom layout.
