Pros:

You have an extremely nice style. I've spent years of my life on coding and programming forums and it's nice to see one with such a nice layout.
It looks professional, but also slightly generic. You may want to look into a custom theme once the forum has grown, as many coders won't want to join a forum that looks like every other one!

Your logo looks good too. It stands out well from the background so congrats on that.


Cons:

Activity. I see that the majority of boards have 1 or 2 posts/threads in. To say you've been open a month and a half, it's slow progress. You should also set a post count limit for the shoutbox. It discourages posts as members can quickly ask on there instead of making a thread.

Try and cut down on the boards too. You have far too many for a new forum, so attempt to shirnk the size by making several into subforums.

This cuts out clutter, stops guests from seeing boards with no posts in and makes the page easier and faster to load.

Final/General Thoughts:

You need to make some improvements to the administration of the board, but you're definitely heading in the right direction.

What was most liked about the website/forums: IPB Software, nice skin and great forums.

What was disliked most about the website/forums: Too much clutter, activity is low for a month and a half old forum. Boost it up! Read the FP blog and buy some posts from the Forum Cash Exchange!
