I'm super sensitive to caffeine but sometimes I really want a hot latte and then dread the mistake of being over-caffeinated. Is there a way to easily get the caffeine removed from my body??? I hate this feeling because it's like I'm going to implode.

Taking a piss after the body tells you to, does the job. Even then, that doesn't completely flush the caffeine. I love Sprite, but it's bad for you.

I try to avoid drinking it, as I don't want caffeine. It makes you fatter, which in turn makes your energy degrade.

Yep, I go for Sprite whenever I have pop because it's caffeine free. It's my "dessert" when I go out to eat instead of getting a real dessert that would have more calories.

Don't drink as much caffeine then. I say if you do then just drink full lost of water to flash your system out 🙂 and then have a nice pee pee XD

I usually only drink decaf products. Not all places will make a latte with decaf though and at times I really crave a latte 😀

*Sips latte*

Too much caffeine? I have no idea what you're talking about!

I think on days you plan to drink more caffeine you should try to be more active and sweat it out.

Flat white is nice to have 🙂

From experience caffeine overload is something you just need to ride out although you can lessen the effect by ensuring you are fully hydrated before ingesting caffeine based products.

Once caffeine enters you bloodstream it acts as a diuretic so if it causes you to pee more so you should re-hydrate but that won't stop the effects which will last for up to 6 hours and it'll take a few more hours to completely leave your bloodstream.
