Combining Forums to Create one Big Gaming Forum

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the correct place for this topic but I am looking for a forum or two (that's have a somewhat community) that wants to combine forums with mines. By this, I mean we will come up with a domain name, website design , etc... Of course all the topics, members, etc... will be kept.


E.I..

My Community is MvPxC.
Your Community is Xbox Gamers (or something).
We will combine and form a website called Gamers (or whatever we decide to name it).


Some Extra Notes..

• We will be combining forums. This means all the data from my web forum and yours will be kept. Since the forums will be reconstructed, some topics will be placed in different sections.
  
• The founder of MvPxC (me) and the founder of your forum will be the only two owners of the site. Thus we will have equal access to all the site's data / information.
  
• Since I will be funding for majority of the expenses, I will be entitled to the profit that our site makes. All funding will be put towards the website. If the site starts to make real money then we will come up with a contract stating how much you will earn per month (or week).
  
• Since I will be the "number one" owner, I will not care on who you make staff, etc... The only request that I have is that the forums are professional and does not look like someone copied TheTechGame.
  
• Everything will be start from scratch. By this i mean, we will have to come up with a name for the website, a domain name, hosting services, a custom design for the site, group names, forum layouts, applications / hooks (I prefer to have IPB), logo design, the "goal" and much much more. Once we have everything planned out and fully explained then we can begin the process of building the site. Once the site is finished and we have everything done, we will have to host a contest to get new members. Of course, our old members (and old content) will still be there but we will still need new members!
  
• Of course there will be questions. So please ask! I am just tired of seeing a bunch of pointless gaming sites that will not get anywhere. I rather combine with another committed owner so we can grow a community that will one day be able to compete with the top gaming sites.
