This is just advertising your forum. This in no way helps promote stopping cancer research. All your doing is getting people to try to advertise your forum through a world wide known issue.
If you were raising money, such as getting people to post and each post that is made, you donate 3 cent to a cancer research facility would be a way to help stop cancer. But until then, your doing nothing.
