First things first - the basics. You need to choose a different skin as in the majority of circumstances default forum software skins aren't entirely appealing, and your site is no exception to that trend. Additionally, you'll need a custom banner to help others quickly identify what your forum is about.
Also check your grammar on forum titles, each forum title should start with a capital letter and if you're going to have forum descriptions - add them to every forum, not just some of them. Consistency is one of the keys to a successful forum. Finally, nobody is likely to join an empty forum - so my advice would be to ask your friends and / or family to help you get some discussions going in order to get some more interest.

Nice forum. I suggest a new theme to match the logo or maybe a new theme and logo. Also try to capitalize your words in the forum names and description. Just some advice 🙂
You defo need a new theme, it is going to slow you down on attracting members by sailing boats.
Also you need to describe it more to other members and ge tthose forums filled with posts and members.
