I totally understand what you said. I don't know. I guess your right, I should have just left the one thread in the Job Centre forum. I just thought it was still considered advertising if I was recruiting people to it.

Should I take it down?

Don't think it matters that much, only that at this point in time you won't have much success advertising it if the board isn't finished so your efforts would be better spent on completing it first.
