Community Managers Wanted (several forums)

Howdy folks,

I have four different forums that I am looking to gain a Community Manager on. I'm just looking for one Community Manager at this time.

The forum forums and their topics are:
  1. Discuss.Bike - Bicycle and cycling topics.
  2. Webmaster Village - Webmaster and digital marketing topics.
  3. Skywarn Forum - Skywarn storm spotting, storm chasing, and weather topics.
  4. Outdoor Adventure Topics - Hiking, camping, and outdoor recreation topics.
Descriptions of the Community Manager Position:
The community manager acts as the lead moderator for the online community. The leadership position is #2 in the organizational chart with me (the forum owner) being #1. Any additional moderators accepted into any of the forums will fall under the management of the Community Manager.

The Community Manager's duties are as follows:
  • Assist me in keeping the forum active by creating new topics, replying to existing topics, and engaging with members
  • Assist in enforcing the forum policies and taking disciplinary actions when needed such as bans, suspensions, warnings, etc.
  • General management of regular moderators as they are added to the forum as it grows and demands moderation adjustments
  • Act as a Human Resources Manager for the team in the community assisting to resolve any team-related conflicts
  • Help members when they request forum support and welcome new members to the forum when they register
Benefits of the Community Manager:
  • This is currently a volunteer-only position
  • Eventually, once the forum is monetized, a profit-sharing protocol will be put into place for the Community Manager
  • A free mailbox or alias email forward address (@forumdomainname.com) (totally optional)
  • Official employee (volunteer status) of Social Trail Media, LLC which you may use as a legal job reference
  • A chance to be a big part of a forum's growth
Requirements for this position:
  1. The Community Manager must be active on a daily basis. They are not expected to "live on the community" post posting and activities will be expected of them on a daily basis. This of course isn't super strict if the manager has to work, needs time off, or is on vacation. But some kind of more than-usual activity needs to occur.
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age or older. You may not be a felon or a registered sex offender of any kind.
  3. You must speak/read/write in fluent English.
  4. XenForo moderator feature experience is preferred but not required.
  5. General forum moderator experience is preferred but not required.
A final note - my forums are fairly new and growth is slow. I have created a new content strategy to help me ensure daily activity and content at least from me and the chosen manager until the forum starts to get more active. The manager is not coming into a super active forum. So there is plenty of time to make changes, and establish new strategies as we see fit. The Community Manager is very much a partner on the forum.
