There's a lot of different sites that do that. Paid Posts is one, Admin-Ville...etc.
The difference between that and say, paying one poster to do it for $7 is that they can get a bunch of their people to do the posts...so that way it looks more legitimate. I actually do some paid posting on the side and it's pretty cool..earn some cash while posting ^-^
However, try post exchanges first before throwing down cash, sometimes those can be just as effective.

I'd only use this service if I was really desperate. I'd rather keep things legitimate and have my members post at their own pace and let the forum 'grow with the flow'.
