Comparison of Hosts

The only reason the new crappy hosts are loading quickly is because they have nothing on their servers, HawkHost, Hostgator etc have tones of websites constantly being loaded, hence they take longer to load. So these sort of things are invalid.

Besides, who would choose a host which has been up for a week rather than 10 years?

Pretty much what I was going to say. You need to compare the content on their servers, not the webpage. How fast one webpage loads shouldn't decide how good your service is as a whole.

This is so true, and the only reason Travis posted this is to show that his host is faster than US Host 247 and The Host Box. (Cause theres no way in hell he'd be faster than the well known hosts.) :lol:
 
I am faster in some ways the the well known hosts, you can try me out and see..
 
You can compare how fast you can get to your hosts website to get better support and for the new hosts you can see how good they are compared against one and another.

You may "seem" faster because you do not have as many clients as they do.
 
That does not answer what I said. How many clients you have? 2-3? You cannot compare yourself to a host that has well over 500 clients. A host with 2-3 clients is more likely to be faster than a host with over 500 clients.

And I'll pass, I'm already with a fast host.
 
This is just a website speed test, not the actual speed test for the server. And it seem to be your sites the smallest on the list.
 
lolololol yeah nice shameless plug, this is just checking the speed of their home page. An actual web host will have more than 1 server and their website should never be on the same server as clients are on.
 
those speed tests are for host's own site not for their servers. They have nothing to do with websites hosted there. And besides while requesting support it depends on how fast the attendant responds and not how fast site loads.

You can't really choose a host just by knowing the speed time of the host's homepage.

You actually should depend on their policies, their terms of service, their support timing and availability. Travis, I have noticed you are pretty much doing all you can to point out flaws in other hosts. But what I have not noticed is you pointing out your own flaws in your own host. Why is this? Maybe because you're trying to make yours seem better to everyone. Please know this doesn't make your's sound any better then your competition.

It seems to be that people point the flaws out in other people instead of pointing out the good in themselves. This usually screws them over even more.
 
Guys im sorry about it, I am used to running image hosts where it really does matter. I am sorry so just drop the post.
