I am wondering to know that which one is better Hostgator, Godaddy, Bluehost, Hostexcellence, 1and1, IX for WordPress Hosting?

all i know is not godaddy. im getting bluehost in a couple days i can reply with how it goes

Hostgator and GoDaddy are the giants and I'd do business with them at a glance.

I haven't used any of them but I heard mixed reviews about hostgator and Godaddy.

I've used a lot of these before, my favorite was HostGator. They had pretty good support, their plans were affordable (just find a coupon code), no issues. BlueHost is another good one, one of the first hosts I ever used, but they are bit more pricey from what I recall (maybe they've come down now though).

I wouldn't go with Godaddy, they're pretty shaky. The others are kinda smaller and my trust for small/individual-owned hosts is ruined ever since I bought hosting a from a user here and they shut it down on a whim, forcing me to find new hosting and transfer an active site in a rush.
