Number of Members: 7/10 - 8 members is not bad considering the time you have been open.
Number of Active Members: 3/10 - 5 of your members are yet to log in... Not very good but you forum is still quit new and they might return.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 5/10 low post count but this is taking into account of the time you have been open.
Appearance (first impressions): 6/10 Nice skin ~lol~ but the scrolling forum name look crap. Secondly you logo is not transparent so when you use cooltext.com save the transparent version like mine ~up~ and it will look better as there will be no black box. Thirdly get rid of the test rank.
Layout: 9/10 No problems really with the lay out.
Moderation: 9/10 - You have 2 admins which is more then enough at the moment and i don't think you need any more staff at the moment as being over staff is as bad as being under staffed. You ad the other admin are both the top posters there although it isn't really hard not to considering only 3 users have posted.
Activity: 6/10 - Not very active and i don't think it will be very active. ~neutral~ It might be worth filling up the empty forums as they make your site look even emptier.
Overall mark (out of 100): 65/100 - Needs some changes has some potential but i don't really think there will be much demand for a site like yours although you may prove me wrong.

yeh ok i will try and prove you wrong i just dont want to be the only one posting cuase its like im posting for nobody
 
But if you and the other admin both start topics and reply to each other you will end up with total like 14 topics and 32 posts which makes your forum look active even though it isn't really. It will encourage more members to sign up.

Also don't have your co.nr domain cloaking either as that causes some users problems (Me included)
 
i got rid of my admin becuase he nenevr posts and he never does anything he has posted once but thts about it he says he is to be with his toher site anyway wat do you mean by cloaking?
 
Cloaking is when i visit a site like yours using your co.nr domain and it stays in the browser and doesn't show your real one. You can edit this through you co.nr account. This cause me and lots of other people problems as we get logged out all the time so have to keep logging in. You can still use it as a redirect on but you just need to turn the cloaking off of some members might be put off.
 
sorry to bother you again but how do u save it as transparant?
 
Using cooltext at the bottom where it has the save format that you should save it as is png w/ transparency (i think) although the last time i did a logo from there was this one 3 months ago so i can't remember. If that doesn't work the try some other formats but i am pretty sure that is the one.

If not give me the name of the style that you used and info like that and i will make it and try.
 
i done everything you said and it isnt working well it is but it comes up with a white backround but i don't want to cuase any hassle so i will just leave it with the black backround
