Number of Members: 7/10 - 24 members in over a month is not that bad.
Number of Active Members: 4/10 - 14 people have posted once or not at all.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 6/10 - 308 posts isn't really that many.
Appearance (first impressions): 3.5/10 - The portal is really messed up and i can only see half of it and i have to scroll across to see the other half and you have a chat box on the forum index which is very annoying
Layout: 7/10 not bad but if you have a chat room you could put it on your portal.
Moderation: - 5/10 You have quite a few inactive staff at the moment.
Activity: 6/10 - not very active but it is only a over a month old but i think your 1 month and 21 days till you get 100 members is a bit out.
Overall mark (out of 100): 65/100 - not very impressive in my opinion. Could do with a lot of work and maybe you should allow guests to view the forum -!-
