Number of Members: 7/10 - not bad but could be better.
Number of Active Members: 6/10 - a large percentage has yet to post with quite a few of them not even logging in. There are quite a few also which have only posted once or twice.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): - 8/10 - quite good post count for the forum although there is always room for improvement.
Appearance (first impressions): 8/10 - A nice basic looking skin and a good logo. You have one of those annoying chatboxes on your portal where when you visit it makes annoying sounds each time i visit. Also another thing that let your forums appearance down is the navbar as the calender and karma don't have images so you have images saying "FAQ" and "Search" and so on then it says "calender" in text rather then a button. I know there is nothing you can do about it and it is the same on every skin but it seems much more noticeable on your skin. The karma one is on another line and isn't that noticeable. One suggestion is to maybe disable the calender as that would remove the calender icon and it doesn't seem to be used that often and there only seems to be 1 event in it. Also your "Register for Pixar World" link on your portal navigation box doesn't work.
Layout: 8/10 - ok layout but i think forums are better with the forum news forum at the top of the forum index rather then near the bottom. I would recommend moving the whole 3rd category including all the forums to be the first category so the first forums when you view the forum will be the news and the troubleshooting forum.
Moderation: 5/10 - you have alot of inactive staff
Activity: 7.5/10 - quite active although could be more active.
Overall mark (out of 100): 70/100 - could do with a few changes as i have mentioned which would make it a bit better.

Possibly disable the calender as it isn't really used anyway and it will make you navigation bar look a bit better.
Change your forum order as i stated in the review
Edit the "Register for Pixar World" link on your portal navigation box as it doesn't work... All these were stated in the review if you read it -roll-
