"Oh great, colors are dull and boring. Grayish Blue... More gray than blue... Yawn. The metallic theme is better than the default at least... Hmm, interesting banner... Black and white... Small.. Basic... Hate it..."

The Layout isn't that bad. I mean, the colors are dull and boring. Reminds me of the time when I was 90 years old in the nut house.
Your portal looks too empty. For you welcome message. I reccomend using an image or a flash banner. You are more than welcome to get ideas from my forum:

Try creating additional pages for variety on pixar stuff.
Oh, and for your search for a new board style. I reccomend you get something that organizes your board a little more. Make it easy for the user to see majority of the topics without scrolling down too much.

Moderation is excellent.
The Board rules on the portal page immediately gets plus points from me. Each of your forums are moderated using Usergroups. Another plus point. Trouble shooting section... I don't see anything wrong in this field
You get a 9. Be happy, I rarely give out 10's so a 9 isn't that bad. Addressing users in a more serious tone always drills a sense in users that this forum won't go down easily. Of course, not too much to scare them away.

All topics are genuinely Pixar. An Off Topic section is good. however, you do not have a news or an Introduction section which is quite a basic feature in most boards. Not even an Announcements section either.
As for your actual forums. It's all good, you have some Pixar movies I don't even know about. All I can say is that you arrange it. I dunno, by date, alphabetical order... Just a tip, it's not reducing your score for this section.

14 users, 128 posts. Some of the forums have never been touched. You're pretty much the one filling all of them. I couldn't view any data from your memberlist. I couldn't even see when your forum was created. How many your members have posted... Didn't want to create an account... So pretty much, this whole score was an assumption.
Overall mark (out of 100): 58%
Work on the layout. Get members in. Look up forum directories on google. Make sockpuppets to make your forum look a LITTLE active. That way it could attract some members. But ask your friends to join first. They're th ebest source. Even though they won't really stay active.
Work on the portal and make new interesting pages.
