Number of Active Members: 7/10 - Alot are active but unfortunately some aren't.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 5/10 -not that high for the amount of members you have.
Appearance (first impressions): 6/10 - Nice template although it is a hard one to get a decent logo for and your one doesn't fit in that good in my opinion. Also you banner exchange link on your portal is not a link and it stretches the left hand side sections of the portal which doesn't look that good so you need to sort that out quickly.
Layout: 5/10 - Very confusing.... In your general category you have forums about your site, forums about cars and off topic chat. -~- I would recommend splitting them up into 3 categories like Site forums first like the news and the comments forum. Secondly have a category or 2 about cars as that is what your forum is about and is your main topic then lastly have your off topic forums. That way it isn't all confusing and all together.
Moderation: 10/10 - You and the moderator are both the most active 2 users which is good and you don't have too man but you have enough staff for a forum your size.
Activity: 7/10 - not bad as your forum is new... it should pick up over time. You just need to have patience.
Overall mark (out of 100): 65/100 - You really need to change your confusing layout and edit the link in the portal.
