First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site's first impressions on me were great. I like the simple yet effective style you have put onto your forum. I like how you only put items you need on the portal, Which is great! Because it makes sure there is no clutter. I really enjoyed the organization of the forums itself, The layout is organized. With images regarding each section so people know exactly what the section may or may not be about.
The logo could be maybe transparent or go across the whole screen just seemed like you made an image and pasted it onto your forum. Not a bad thing just would make your forum that much better in my opinion if you did that. I also like how most of your forum is accessible by guests. Now let me explain why, I think that the items you are letting be displayed gives a guest an overall look over about what they might get by registering.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The portal only gives items that a user and or guest may need to use your website, Which is great because you don't really need those useless clocks that some people put to make your website look better. I enjoyed seeing you use images to let users know exactly what they may be posting in. One area on the layout which I didn't like was the Vote for us part. I think that yes this is an important area however I think that this section could also be added to the bottom of the forum. People still have to go to the bottom to view other subjects too.
The icons regarding paypal,twitter,rss could be displayed better somewhere embedded into the design without using the "notice" bar. Maybe you could add them at the bottom of the forum or even make them a bit smaller and place them somewhere above the actual forum part. I noticed that you do have A LOT of sections now this isn't bad just might want to look into making some sections within others or adding child boards to make your actual forum home seem a bit less over whelming and long.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your activity seems to be very good just by looking at your statistics roughly 19 people come on during the week as it looks like. It seems that only staff are really posting like I said in some of my other reviews this isn't a bad thing just means that you haven't found your audience yet. Maybe by slimming down the amount staff post and having regular users post more it would make your site seem a bit more active even if it's not.
Although almost every section has at least one post in it this is also great, Because there's nothing like going to a forum and some sections have no posts in it. I understand that a forum that is new will not have all sections posted in but it's always good to try and fill them.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
When looking at "The Team" part of the website. I noticed that you really didn't stack up on staff which is good because of the size of your forum. However I did notice that you have a username called System Message. I really don't see a need of displaying this in your team section maybe make a hidden group that this username belongs to and making it so it doesn't show it just takes up more room than needed on that team listing.
However I did notice that your staff seem like they are using their powers to help, And not too many of them is always a plus so again nice job on this :great:

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The rules don't seem very professional not that have to but maybe by making sections within your rules instead of numbering them it would make them more appealing, As your rules section is one of the most used places for users and even staff. The forums seem spelled out correctly and are used in the right way.
