Do you take them? How often if so?

I use Time Machine on my Mac with a 64GB flash drive and it takes hourly backups. It's useful if anything ever happened as nothing would really be lost. I have an external hard drive that things are backed up manually too as well.

I don't back anything up so if it gets lost, well its gone.

I should invest in something in case I lose everything iv worked hard on, but yet I really don't mind because it gives me a reason to work harder. (And possibly get a new computer!)

I usually keep my backup online like Google docs, dropbox and others. I also use a 1TB SATA drive to keep a backup of my movies.

My website gets backed up ever week, and I might backup my PC once a month if lucky, however I use the same drive from Desktop to PC with same backup on both. plus game saved files are saved online

Its a mixture for me. Google docs, dropbox, My own hosted cloud via one.com and in my desktop I have mirrored disk so if one fails it just carry on working. My hosting company backup my sites.

I am using Google docs for the back up of my important data.Back up is necessary while using computer, because in case your computer stops working then there is no risk of loosing data if you have do back up of that data.

I used to use a mac program called Arq, which can backup your stuff off-site to Amazon S3 for super, super cheap. I haven't installed it yet on my MBP though. I probably should at some point.

Everything that I need for work is on a work cloud or GD, so I'm not too worried about it. All my music is on Google Music, all my pictures/videos are on an external hard drive, and all of my passwords and such are on a password manager. I'm honestly not worried about losing anything else.

I just use a 32GB flash drive to back up everything I can't live without, but I actively work on a lot of things, so unexpected shutdowns due to power outages really suck. I bought a spiffy uninterruptible power supply not long ago and love the sense of security.

I have a 1 TB external hard drive that I use for backups. I also use flash drives for some things. :3

I have an external hard drive that is the same size of my internal hard drive, so there isn't much of a worry there for me. 🙂

I am using Google drive to save my important files and documents. It is the best place to store your data.

I really should... But honestly.. I'm not quite sure what to do any more. I have so much data that backing up at this point seems pointless.
