Medium Forum Review
First Impressions The first impressions of your forum is very decent. I haven't seen a single flaw in your theme. The banner and the blue and white color scheme looks perfect. At a glance, the forum looks rather active, but it only has 2,176 posts which is very active in the time it's been up, even though it looks as if the forum is pretty outdated, so you have something to be proud of there. The only thing wrong is that most of the forums has been last posted in by mrdemin, and I think you should let some members post a little bit more than you so it looks like your forum gets more posts than it actually does. As for your variety of
members, I'm rather impressed, your forum has twenty-two pages of members which is a lot. And every member isn't much far apart in posts if you organize it by posts, so your forum looks very well. If your guest knows a lot about technology, there is about a 95 percent chance that they will join in the forum's current conditions as of now.
AppearanceAs I said, your theme highly astonishes me, as I've said before. The text is very easy to read, which I appreciate very much. I appreciate how you made the blue on the theme so intense, the theme is overall very vivid. I recommend that you make a wide variety of themes for this forum, so that it is a mytery what impressive design they are using. One thing I dislike about the appearance though, is the emoticons because they are overused and they seem rather too plain for me. Another thing I suggest is adding a short description of your forum on the banner. Other than those two things, good job!
🙂
Ratios On average you have 22 posts per member, which isn't the best for a rather old forum like yours, you are on the right track. Make sure you're spreading the word enough and make sure you aren't making your forum look more worse than more impressive. Never give up and advertise on all the promotion forums you can find and you are sure to find new members
signing up rapidly. Add tech related contests and more fun stuff to get more members that could add great tech-related things to your forum and even help other members. Try to start multiplying your posts per member, because if you add more fun things to do on your forum you could start getting a slight increase in activity, and you may even improvise your posts per member and posts per day and stuff like that greatly in the future as this forum becomes more successful, but this forum is definitely on the right track.
Posts Like I said, your forum looks rather new, if it is the activity is really good because you are approaching 2.2k posts on your forum. Like I said, if you spread the word on the forum and go in-depth with the statistics and/or details of the forum. If you advertise it this way, because the members should be impressed As long as you use different techniques to improve your forum in every different way possible, you should start gaining members quite rapidly. Your forum has a lot of potential, and I would hate to see it go downhill. Keep trying your best and keep trying, forums take time and all you really need is patience. Make sure to remember that the rest of the time you own your forum.
Content From what I've seen, you need to start adding some new topics to your forum because I've noticed some of them have gotten quite outdated, though. Try to add new threads to your forum because you could use some threads from this date in some of the tech forums. It should just be you adding the new content, though. Make sure to encourage your members to do the same, because there are very little parts of the forum that have been bumped or posted recently.
Final Remarks
Pros: Activity, Amount of Members, Theme
Cons: Emotes, Lack of Contests and other Fun Stuff
