Connect to a server wireless

I run the forum concierge business and I recently brought online a server for me and clients to store files for their forum.

How I have it set-up now is I backup all files on my server. When they ask, I send it to them VIA Email.

I need an ability for them to connect to it wireless. To access it whenever they need it.

Specs:
Microsoft 98 OS
700 MB of RAM
Cooling - Not needed yet

Hmm.. Why not just host a VPS server?

Your server is running Windows 98? I don't know if I'm wrong, but I'd advise you to upgrade to something newer, because 98 is prone to crashing, the file system is old and slow, etc.

Windows XP/2000 would probably work better.

Yeah, I just advised me users we just updated to 2000
