Connecting Mybb Forum To Site (By Making plugins)

Hey,is there away in making a mybb mod look like this http://dsibook.net/blogs/ im making a DSi but i want it connected to my forum so users registered on the forum can use the DSi Verstion aswill I can create them as mybb plugins if they will look the theme (Templating wise aswill)

There is a mobile skin plugin, check the MyBB mod database.
