You are still promoting copyrighted material deliberately as you are the one who added it and you have no intention to remove it ( I came to that conclusion as your attitude is is like "oh well i don't host it") and you added it with the wish for people to download copyrighted material which you don't own the copyright to however you are helping to distribute it which is just as bad as hosting it yourself.

Take a look around at different hosts. Hosts say things like this is not allowed
