This is what you need:

1. URL of the website.
2. Title of the website. TITLE is the most important factor: 65 maximum.
3. Short description : around 70 chars, provide packed information about your website.
4. Medium description : add around 150 chars to the short description.
5. Long description : add another 150-200 chars to the medium description.
6. Email : i make an email at a free provider for each project.(you will recive the email & password to check yourself)
7. Keywords - how many do you want?, best is 5-8.
8. Desired category : for example : Bussines / Furniture / Wholesale / Online Shop. Starting with a general category and going down deeper in detail.
9. Name, Street, Town, Phone.

You must confirm all the emails. Around 19% of the directories/forums/blogs/other that send back emails require email confirmations.
