Assuming the copying is something worth taking notice of, there is a protection known as Copyright, but in the US, you're going to have to dash out 50 some dollars and if you hire a lawyer, it could be double.

I would file a DMCA notice and send them a beautifully crafted legal letter and threaten to take it up with the police. People like this deserve to be locked up for a very long time and rot unto the end of eternity.

This is identity theft, plain and simple. More importantly, if I know the staff on one forum, I probably know them on another and I can tip the mods / admins of that forum off about them being the unsavoury sort who habors unpleasant people.

This is a small world and it never pays to push people over the edge.
I could care less about the palace politics, but well you know.
