Contest Ideas?

What would be some good contests to hold so that we can gain a few more members, posts, and/or more people noticing the site? Also what would be some good prize(s) to the winner(s). I was thinking like a gift card to Barnes N Noble (if I can convince my parents to buy me one) or an autographed picture of an author, or some other book/movie related prize.

Honestly I think you need to know that members will participate in them before you think or retreive prizes.
