What was the last thing you cooked? And do you cook, and enjoy cooking?

The last thing I prepared was Clam Chowder and Fried Chicken.

I just boiled some spiral pasta and then cooked in a pan some veggies and meat to go with it, added some cheese to bind it all together, added some spices and that was my lunch. Haha.

I cook, I enjoy it from time to time. I want to learn more recipes from my family so I can still enjoy authentic Mexican dishes even so far from home.
