Copyrighting a forum

How can you copyright a forum. Like place the copyrighted by forum promotion. Can I just place it there or do I need to but something, or what?

Unique content to a site is already copyrighted by law. Feel free to add the ©

Yeah, if it yours in the first place, as David said, by the law in the UK and US etc... it's already copyrighted.

For reference the (C) symbol can be attained by © in HTML.

We are very good protected with our content. We got a Creative Commons License and a plugin on the blog that keeps track of when the content is published, puts time stamps on it.

And it's hard for me being a designer as people purchase link removal. But I do copyright my own sites, and always will do. It automatically changes on my blog which is good.

Hahaha, anyways I've always copyrighted my forums. I really see it as a reminder for the stealer(s) to not take my content as I am aware of what can happen.
