Who cares? Only the copyright owner can submit a DMCA. Wouldn't worry about it if it doesn't affect you.

edit: and what do you mean by illegal content. There's a difference between guys linking to warez and cp.

And there's a difference between posting normal copyrighted images. For example my avatar technically breaks copyright law because I did not make it.
