That means that you do not alter it, and you do not remove it. Doesn't that say everything you need to know? I am now contacting your web host.

Open source doesn't mean you can plagiarize. If the tForum source says you can't remove the copyright, you can't. That's the law of the land. Please respect the fact that these people put work into that. And I assure you, if you plagairize any of my work I will report you to an international non-profit anti-plagiarism organization. These are laws you are breaking. Laws which send people to prison and result in hefty monetary settlements.
