There are some speculation that this might had been something that a group of scientists were working on, to see if different means of virus protection could be made off of the various other corona virus's. Wouldn't be too far fetched if it was a accidental release of a modified version of one of those virus's. Then again, a healthy dose of skepticism doesn't harm anything. Who knows what really happened, to cause the initial outbreak in China.

You may be right but unfortunately we will likely never know the truth.
Yes, it was meant as an attack on America considering they wanted america to rely on them on economical terms. They wanted to test this on their minion nations like Pakistan and Bhutan, tibet which they are already eating slowly. But it somehow backfired badly. I am still surprised though with americans that they haven't yet moved their business from china to other SEA nations or even in EU. They are still in good terms with china despite this failed attack.

Plenty of people saying it was made in a Lab and accidentally released in China due to the misunderstanding of the incubation period. Apparently the Lab is approx 400m away from the fish market that is "supposedly" started. Now the Chinese Government are trying to rewrite history and blame in on the US and saying a US Soldier brought it to China... absolutely unbelievable. The Chinese Government cannot be trusted, lets not forget they are a Communist Regime that rule by fear and intimidation, they should not be applauded for anything. I just hope this is a wake up call for the rest of the world to look elsewhere for their manufacturing.
Now dont get me wrong, I do not in any way blame the Chinese people, if anything they are the biggest victims in all of this, so we must treat them with respect and compassion.
I also think the virus will disappear as quickly as it turned up and in 6 months time we wont see it again. No doubt there is already a vaccine out there which is the only way you could explain China managing this crisis so well in my opinion - and plus they are lying about how many are infected anyway no doubt.

- Not called Wuhan Virus, its called Corona Virus (All previous outbreaks are named from the location of patient 0)
- Paid big money to WHO, who are in the pocket of the Chinese
- Start to blame the US for the virus
- Italy is now called the epicenter not China even though China has more cases
- Chinese reporting dodgy at best on number sick and recovered
- If you ban Chinese and/or put in trade restrictions you are now apparently racist
- China sending crack team of medical experts and equipment to Italy to help with the crisis
- The media are 100% complicit praising China on how well they handled the situation
- Socialists will praise China, Democracy will be considered a failure, they will insist more Government control in the USA.
But, of course - it was created for war - whether it came out by accident or on purpose. Now, one scenario has the Chinese government willing to sacrifice their own people for any chance to hit at the US - and if other countries also get hit - it's just collateral damage.
Collateral damage was not in the minds of china. They were pretty picky on the target.
Target here was small US population which is expendable yet put fear in the mind of US. Like say if you are rich, your workers are poor. Such viruses are targeted on poor so that rich would agree to the terms. So here the target was some regions of US, but that backfired with wuhan testing.
Hell even allies of china don't report any deaths but Italy is epicenter of this virus? LOL. I cant buy this. I mean bangladesh and pakistan is more closer to china but they have no reported death. India has more cases than both these two nations. Imagine italy has more virus than SEA nations? Nicely covered up by china.
Target was always US and in fact the immigrants who work in US but are from china are now helping with cover up news. They are busy on social media and news channels to cover the track of the virus origin being from china. They are attaching the side stories of animals and all that. Surprisingly even vegetarians died so that myth of non-veg eaters die kind of myth didn't worked.

If it was part of some chemical warfare type thing I’d imagine it’d be much more deadly than mild cold symptoms for a week.
I know people are dying, but remember that more people are dying from regular flu than this.

I just fail to believe that any government (even the Chinese Government) would have released it deliberately, if anything this will hurt the Chinese economically more so the US. I have no doubt they could have been working on a virus like this, but so would plenty of countries be doing the same, and my guess is it was released accidentally.....
Its probably something that we will never know the true answer to.
My only hope is once this is all over the USA wake up and start manufacturing more stuff (and Australia too)

Its not a narrative it’s literally science.
It is more dangerous. The UK NHS, US CDC and WHO all say most people experience mild symptoms of coronavirus. Which is coughing and a fever for a week.
Flu is much more deadly as the symptoms are much worse like vomiting, dizziness and muscle pain.

The flu isn't more dangerous, or maybe it depends on your meaning of dangerous, but I agree with overcast here. Yes the symptoms of the flu and Corana are very similar but they are not the same, and saying they are is being misinformed and irresponsible.
Aside from the scientific facts which I will list below have a think about why would Governments around the world ban flights, shut down stadiums and business which is going to cost trillions of $ to the economy, could cause recessions in many countries, job loss, schools are closing down etc, because they know this is far more dangerous then the flu. Why are they managing this and trying to isolate people? Why is the hospital system in Italy overwhelmed and not copying if its isn't as dangerous as the flu?

Infection rate of between 2-3 people, the flu is around 1.3 people
No vaccine against Covid, plus no consistent treatment that works
Even if a vaccine was found it could take 12-18 months to immunize enough people for "herd immunity"
We know a lot less about the Covid virus, where it came from and how it actually works, lots of differing and inconsistent information worldwide on incubation periods, death rates, does your body create immunity if you have had it once or can you catch it again
Covid kills you differently then flu, deaths are caused mainly by ARDS (which has no know pharmaceutical treatment), flu deaths mainly caused by secondary bacterial pneumonia or heart attack
Covid has no off the shelf treatment or medicine, Flu you can take something like Tamiflu etc there is currently nothing for Covid which could reduce the risk of death
Likely no natural immunity to Covid, since it is caused by Novel Virus, many Flu people have built up immunity to due to previous flu injections which would mean less symptoms and less likely to get severely ill
Worth remembering on aside note, its not the end of the world and most people should recover from Covid and the medical system will get better at treating people, but lets not fool ourselves into thinking its the same as the flu or not as worse - its irresponsible and an uneducated response and could actually put lives in danger.

I heard and read about it in the papers, however, we don't know the full outcome here as the media and also so-called people are hiding it from the public and they do not want the full truth out there. Chinese will blame other and at times it might be the Chinese at fault other than the Americans, then again they say that this has been going on back in the 1960s and what the hell are they working on?

Coronavirus is serious, but with the right approach isn’t much to worry about for most people.
Please check your local countries health organisation website for more detailed information as some countries have slightly differing approaches.
