I have noticed a few things here that need attention.

First, your skin is rather plain. That can sometimes not be a bad thing but what makes it worse is that there is not a banner in sight. 😱

Another thing, the forum itself seems rather......normal. What I mean is, it looks like many other gaming forums that I have seen, in terms of the forums themselves. It does keep things simple but it also seems a bit boring at the same time. I would try making the forum stick out from others.
