Coffee costs quite a bit here anywhere from 4-7$ which is kinda a rip off in my opinion :great:

Do you mean like a big pot of instant coffee, or a cup of coffee?

My local Dunkin Donuts charges $1.08 for any size coffee (small, medium, large).

I agree that it is pretty expensive, especially when you start to add up all those cups for the year. However if you get a cup of joe from like McDonalds or someplace like that it usually isn't too bad but still a wasted expense when you think about how much you could save by just making it yourself.

Generally coffee itself is pretty reasonable. It's when you get into the specialty drinks like lattes and chino-suffixed beverages that things get pricey. My personal favorite is Starbucks' Peppermint Mocha Latte which runs around six bucks for the biggest one (I'm a bit of a caffeine addict) and an upwards of 600 calories. Fairly expensive- in more than one way! Now I just buy Mio Energy mix from Stop and Shop for $4 and one of those gives me about a week or so's fix of caffeine. Only has like 5 calories too.
