First Impressions
[note]========== BEGIN - First Impressions ==========[/note]
My first impression when I open the link is that your site is not even close to being finished.
I look and I just see a bunch of stuff put together and there's a site. I can't even minimize the site to one side of my screen because this big blue box pops up and cuts off half of your site. I think that could be something that can be fixed with some code.
All of the boxes you have at the top are empty and there's no content inside of them.
I guess my question is - is your site open or not yet?

[note]========== BEGIN - Design Quality ==========[/note]
I see where the design of this site is headed, but then when I really think about it I don't think you know where you want this design to head. I would strongly recommend to get a new theme that changes all of the big boxes with numbers in them. I don't think you have enough content YET to put into those boxes.
You don't have a banner or logo that describes your site at all on your site. A banner or logo is necessary for a successful site to to succeed. I would strongly recommend getting one. It's crucial and you can't go on without one.
Overall, your design needs a lot of work. Again, I go back to my original question - is this site done?

Site Structure
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Structure ==========[/note]
This is the area I really want to focus on. You really need some help so we will see if we can help you.
So, first thing is first. Sit down and organize all your thoughts on paper before you create a website. The niche you are going for really isn't too bad. I think you can make it work, but you have to make your site appealing to people and if it's structured well, it can work.
So once you get all of your ideas on what you want together, then create the forums. My big issue is that nothing is capitalized, there is no sentence structure, and the forums look very bare. Forum titles and categories should be capitalized for sure. Just like in newspapers and news sites, they should be capital. This helps with depth on your site and will allow for people to view that you pride yourself in your work.
Second, think about forum descriptions. You want to make them catchy and creative and filling. Again, filling up the forum description space simply adds depth to your forum. This way the forum looks so much better when being looked at for the first time.
My last point fits under site structure. Never release a site simply because you "want" to. You really have to dedicate yourself and find something you have a real passion for. This site really looks like it was thrown together in about a half hour. You have no forum guidelines, no posts, no topics, no thought-provoking content, no banner, no logo, no staff, no members, no shoutbox, etc. These are all things that need to be 100% before launch. You fix little things as the years go on, not the big.

Final Remarks
I know this review comes off as harsh, but your site really needs some serious work. Follow some of the outlines I provided you and you will learn. It's all a learning game in the forum business and you will catch on. Don't get discouraged, simply fix your site.
