Hello. I'm having trouble deleting this folder. Well, the permission is right to delete it (755) and when I try to delete it, it said "Operation failed" or something like that. I don't know what to do.

It is probably down to the ownership of the files. Sometimes files get the incorrect owner due to how they get created or uploaded. Might be worth speaking with your host although most hosts tend to occasionally on their end run a check for files with incorrect ownership.

Dr Juana if its hosted with TH ill go ahead and delete it. also try using the file managed legacy it works at deleting files which the new file manager can't and sometimes permissions like 155 will not delete
