Cpanel help

Ok, I have a domain, that is the add on domain of a subdomain of another domain.

I finally logged into the Cpanel today via the add on domain. However, before I could only access via the subdomain. So I changed the Cpanel password and now it says the pass wont work on cpanel or FTP. I did type it right and tried the old password too

Well, sometimes the cpanel wont take your password because it's a dictionary word, is that the problem?

@Darth, no. I contacted my host, and they reset the password. all good now.

I was just about to say your 1st point of contact should always be your host.

I'm glad this could be resolved I was about to say you should contact you host so they could look into the issue.
